Marbella, Spain · 28–31 May 2026
Four days. No exits. A structured physical and mental challenge built to reset your standards.
Early bird pricing active — ends 27th March 2026
Most men don't need more information. They need a standard to rise to.
The Wildman Challenge started in 2021 with a simple idea: put a group of capable men in difficult terrain under real pressure and watch what happens. Think SAS: Who Dares Wins combined with a Spartan race and self-development.
What happens is this. Men who felt stuck start moving, men who had drifted find a reference point, and men who thought they needed more time, more preparation, or more confidence discover they already had enough to begin.
This is the seventh edition. The format is proven, the results speak for themselves, and the men who show up do so because they know the difference between reading about change and actually going for it.
Minimum standards to attend
If you're not fully there yet, that's fine. That is what the preparation period is for. You will receive a strict plan from the moment you sign up.
You know what you should be doing, and you know what you're capable of. You've read enough, watched enough, and planned enough.
The real problem is that most environments do not require anything of you. You can opt out, postpone, keep things comfortable, and nothing immediately breaks. Until gradually, it does.
Men do not drift loudly. It happens quietly. The gap between who you are and who you intended to be widens without announcement. Then one day you notice you've been meaning to do something about it for a long time.
The body does not lie. When you put it under real pressure, everything becomes clear.
The Wildman Challenge is designed to create that pressure. Structured, safe, progressive, and led by people who have been doing this for 15+ years. You do not get to coast, and you do not get to opt out. That is the point.
This is not therapy. This is not group coaching in a comfort zone. It is a physical environment that creates a mental outcome, because that is how it actually works.
When your body is committed, your mind follows. That is the mechanism. Not theory, tested across these events over the last five years.
The body under sustained load produces mental states that no seminar could replicate. That is the starting point.
Not just a gym, not just a track. The Andalusian landscape provides a context that controlled environments cannot.
Men perform differently in front of other men who are equally committed. That matters, and it is part of the mechanism.
Optionality is the enemy of transformation. When leaving is not available, something else becomes available instead.

The programme escalates. Each day builds on the last. By day three you will be operating in ways you did not expect on day one.
All activities are scalable. You will be pushed relative to your current capability, not broken.
The standard is set on day one.
Day 1 of 4
Your body carries the weight. Your mind follows.
Day 2 of 4
The most demanding day. By design.
Day 3 of 4
You finish what you started.
Day 4 of 4
Full programme schedule provided after booking. Subject to conditions.
From the moment you book, you are in. You will receive a structured preparation programme covering training, nutrition, mindset, and logistics, built for the level you are currently at.
If you can run 5K and do one pull-up, that is the baseline. The plan takes you from there to ready. You do not need to be in peak shape before you sign up. You need to be willing to get there.
You will also have direct access to the coach and team throughout the preparation period, so questions get answered and expectations stay clear.

You will leave with a concrete sense of what your body is capable of, based on evidence, not guesswork.
When things are hard in normal life, you will have something real to reference. You know what hard actually looks like now.
What you tolerate from yourself and your environment shifts after this. Not because you were told to, because you experienced the alternative.
Something happens when men go through something difficult together deliberately. The connections formed here are unusually strong. Past attendees stay in contact.
The event starts when you sign up. You will have a structured preparation plan from day one. That habit does not stop when you leave.
Not guaranteed, but frequently reported. The noise quiets when the body is fully occupied. Space opens up.
"I came in thinking I was reasonably fit and mentally tough. By day two I realised I had been coasting for years. Not in a destructive way — just comfortable. This broke that open. I left with more direction than I had going in, and I have genuinely not felt that clarity since my twenties. I will be back."
"I signed up not knowing if I was ready. I was told that was exactly the right reason to sign up. They were right. By day three I had more clarity about my life than two years of therapy had given me."
"My wife noticed before I did. I came back different, not frantic or drained like I would after a lads' holiday, just more settled. That was the word she used."

The Wildman Challenge was created and is led by a coach with 15 years in high-performance coaching and 17 years in fitness training. Not theory. Applied experience, in the field, with real people under real conditions.
Every aspect of the event, the physical programming, the mental architecture, the group structure, the logistics, has been refined across six previous editions and hundreds of hours in preparation and debrief.
The fit call you book is with the coach directly. Not a sales team. Not an assistant. The person who will be standing next to you on day three of the event.
If you have read this far, you already know whether this is for you. The question is whether you are going to do something about it.
